T-Mobile gives their spokes girl Carly a makeover to rebrand themselves.
I was amazed to see my Google newsfeed clogged with T-Mobile’s rebranding strategy. Although, it was a nice break from the usual Jersey Shore and Kim Kardashian in lingerie “news.”
Anyone who watches at least two hours of television a week recognizes the cute girl next door Carly who stands in pink dresses in front of a white background and talks about T-mobile. Well, in an attempt to recreate their brand and disassociate themselves from the failed merger with AT&T they’ve put Carly in leather. And that simple act has created a wave of press for them.
That, my friends, is the power of leather. With the simple addition of one piece of clothing, T-Mobile has completed changed the way that people view their brand and created a buzz. No other material could do that.

How to buy a corset that will fit your curves.
High fashion seen in magazines and on runways can be difficult for bigger women to duplicate. The fashionable clothes in retail don’t fit and all the clothing in plus size stores resemble moo moos. But there are a few beacons of hope for plus size women and one comes in the form of a corset. Corsets are made to give women a slim and curvy look and can be worn under clothes or on their own. When picking out a corset, especially online, you’ll need to first measure yourself.
The waist is the measurement that you’re going to want to get first. Between your rib cage and hips is your waist, and it’s usually the narrowest part of the body. If you’re having trouble figuring out exactly where to measure, bend to one side. The crease under the rib cage is your waist. You’ll want to take this measurement a few times to make sure it’s right. Then you’re going to measure your bust to get your correct cup size.
Now that you have your measurements you’ll want to get a corset that is 4 to 6 inches smaller than your waistline. Then you’ll immediately want to tell everyone that you’ve dropped 4 to 6 inches, because who doesn’t love being able to cheat their real size?
